AI service specialized company ESTsoft (CEO Jeong Sang-won) announced on the 2nd that it is recruiting trainees to participate in the talent development program conducted as part of the 'K-Digital Training' project.  

K-Digital Training is a full national scholarship training program conducted in conjunction with the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Ministry of Employment and Labor.  

To nurture practical talents, ESTsoft has prepared this training with courses for 'Backend Developer', 'AI Model Developer', and 'AI Service Planner'.  

Firstly, the 'Backend Developer' course supports a wide range of programming language education from beginner to advanced courses including methods to use GitHub, an open-source sharing platform, JavaScript, Java-Spring, SQL/ERD, etc. 

The 'AI Model Developer' course is composed of ▲Programming language Python ▲Machine Learning and Deep Learning models ▲Data Processing ▲Large Language Model (LLM). The goal is to help trainees experience and learn the key processes where actual AI models are born. 

Likewise, the 'AI Service Planner' training. ▲UX Scenarios ▲Performance Management Leadership ▲Business Marketing ▲Domain Industry Knowledge ▲Data Analysis ▲Data and AI Modeling, including a high-quality training program for not only planning and launching services but also for successful operation.  

Each course has 80 available slots. The training targets non-majors who want to become developers, majors who want to experience projects related to practical work, and job seekers interested in hiring at ESTsoft, and can be applied for regardless of major and experience.  

Particularly, trainees who complete the training with excellent grades will also be offered internship opportunities at ESTsoft and its subsidiary, ESTsecurity, through a separate recruitment process. 

All lectures are conducted remotely for the convenience of trainees. Since it is a national scholarship course, the tuition is fully supported, and a separate training support fund is also provided. However, to receive the benefits, you must issue a Tomorrow Learning Card from the employment training portal (HRD-NET). 

The training period is about 4 months and will be conducted from May 2nd to September 13th, and the recruitment of trainees will close on the 19th. More detailed information about the recruitment announcement can be found on the ESTsoft recruitment website.
