ROUNZ, which started its business by introducing an app named 'ROUNZ' that allows people to virtually try on glasses as if they were real by applying AI technology to the existing glasses industry, has built an O2O omnichannel that currently allows customers to purchase frames bought online with virtual fittings for glasses at nationwide opticians and purchase prescription lenses as well.

Having started as a B2C model, ROUNZ actively jumped into the B2B business from last year to build an O2O omnichannel. At the core of the B2B business was the 'Optician Delivery' system. The system allows customers to send glasses purchased through the ROUNZ app to a partner optician nearby and purchase lenses on the spot. This has helped ROUNZ alleviate customer inconvenience caused by legal regulations that do not allow the online sale of prescription lenses and at the same time provided a new business model that can coexist with existing opticians.

As a result, the number of ROUNZ 'Optician Delivery' orders has significantly increased compared to the previous year, and the number of opticians wishing to partner has rapidly increased. The number of partner opticians has grown from 280 in 2021 to about 600 currently, more than doubling in a year.
