AI service specialist company ESTsoft (CEO Jung Sang-won) announced on the 27th that it has signed a business agreement with Japan's LLM (Large Language Model) applied service company SpiralAI (Spiral.AI, CEO Yuichi Sasaki) to jointly develop AI Human services.  

This business agreement is the first overseas expansion since the AI Human service 'Perso' was deployed on Microsoft's collaboration tool Teams, and was quickly promoted based on ESTsoft’s strengthened global partnership. 

SpiralAI is a promising Japanese LLM application service startup founded by two founders from McKinsey. It has successfully attracted an investment of over 10 billion won at seed stage by having its business direction and team competence recognized by Japan’s top-tier venture capital. 

As a result, ESTsoft has materialized a business structure that can provide its AI Human in a form optimized for each local market by joining hands with major Japanese LLM companies following 'ChatGPT' and 'HyperClova X'. 

Currently, SpiralAI is operating services such as Twin Room, a chatbot/voicebot creation no-code platform based on ChatGPT and its own LLM, Naomi.AI, allowing users to experience conversations with popular broadcaster 'Mashima Naomi' through voice and chat, and Dial Mate, a voice recognition work support solution.  

Furthermore, with a partnership with Japan’s largest nursing service provider specializing in nursing, caregiving, and health promotion, the applicability of ESTsoft’s AI Human specialized for senior care is very high.   

For the practical advancement of the joint business, the two companies have concluded the business agreement with the main agenda of ▲ Initiating a joint development project for companion services for Japan's largest nursing care business providers, ▲ Discussing the joint development project of companion services for 30 million Japanese seniors, ▲ Discussing the possibility of introducing companion services using Japanese idol IP for joint projects. 

In other words, both companies will create new types of AI services in the Japanese market by leveraging AI Human.  

Especially, the significance of entering the Japanese senior care industry is great. It could be the first global expansion case of ESTsoft’s AI Human business model, which has been successful domestically, and because it forms a much larger market than domestic ones.  

Japan’s silver industry is estimated by one of the three major mega-banks, Mizuho Bank, to reach about 1,000 trillion won by 2025. This scale is approximately six times larger than the Korean health industry promotion authority's forecast of 168 trillion won for the domestic silver industry by 2030. 

ESTsoft plans to offer AI Human in the form of an SDK (software development kit) for rapid collaboration between the two companies and easy adoption into local services.  

The SDK is a standardized service for the rapid expansion of AI Human, and more specifically, it is a package of tools needed for integrating AI Human with existing services.   

That is, with the provision of the SDK, ESTsoft will also have the foundation for expanding AI Human into other services.
