Artificial intelligence service company ESTsoft (CEO Jungsangwon) announced on the 29th that various employee compensation policies, including a uniform salary increase of 4 million won for all employees, will be newly implemented.

The compensation policy was decided after careful consideration to provide tangible rewards to all employees who have been with the company's development, and to provide momentum for further growth.

The new ESTsoft's employee compensation policy includes ▲uniform salary increases, ▲ stock options (referred to as stock options) for all employees, ▲100% increase in cash welfare points, and ▲provision of equipment for telecommuting and provision of shared offices.

First, the company will increase the salary by 4 million won for all employees regardless of rank or position, and the increased salary will be paid from next month.
