Artificial intelligence service company ESTsoft (CEO Jungsangwon) announced on the 29th that various employee compensation policies, including a uniform salary increase of 4 million won for all employees, will be newly implemented.

The compensation policy was decided after careful consideration to provide tangible rewards to all employees who have been with the company's development, and to provide momentum for further growth.

The new ESTsoft's employee compensation policy includes ▲uniform salary increases, ▲ stock options (referred to as stock options) for all employees, ▲100% increase in cash welfare points, and ▲provision of equipment for telecommuting and provision of shared offices.

First, the company will increase the salary by 4 million won for all employees regardless of rank or position, and the increased salary will be paid from next month.

In addition, stock options worth an average of 10 million won will be granted to all employees as a pre-emptive compensation for the future contribution of employees who will lead the company's growth at the regular shareholders' meeting in March 2022 through a resolution on the agenda.

In addition, welfare points that can be used like cash in welfare malls or daily life will be paid from October with a 100% increase from the existing amount.

In addition, with the spread of COVID-19 becoming a norm for telecommuting, the company has prepared a policy to support work equipment so that employees can work efficiently at home.

A company official said, "Since the full-scale spread of COVID-19 in February last year, ESTsoft has been operating a telecommuting system for all employees, and has been at the forefront of protecting employee health and preventing the spread of COVID-19. However, as the spread of COVID-19 becomes prolonged, the company is considering officially adopting the telecommuting system as one of the regular working styles, and provides additional support for the purchase of equipment necessary for telecommuting," he said.

In addition, for the convenience of coming to the office when needed during telecommuting, the designated seat system on 3 floors of the Seocho-dong building in Seoul will be abolished by the end of this year and refurbished into a shared office that enables smart work.
