ESTsoft's game business subsidiary ESTgames (CEO Hyungbaek Lee) announced on the 19th that it has signed an MOU with the virtual asset exchange Korbit (CEO Sejin Oh) to establish an NFT ecosystem for its games.
The signing of this MOU also leads ESTgames to first review how to apply NFT in the Southeast Asia region. As the global market becomes the main stage for NFT and P2E (Play to Earn, money-earning games), ESTgames anticipates that the NFT version of its popular games in Southeast Asia will also be successful.

ESTgames has already developed and released blockchain games. In 2018, they introduced 'Million Kitty,' a game designed to allow players to generate income by caring for unique cats born from genetic combinations and earning through breeding and distribution. The game was based on blockchain technology and featured the safety of assets due to the very low possibility of replication and falsification of the cats.

Regarding the signing of this MOU, CEO Hyungbaek Lee of ESTgames said, "The company's development experience and IP power meeting the know-how of Korbit, the first virtual asset exchange in Korea, is expected to create high synergy."

CEO Sejin Oh of Korbit said, "I am pleased to introduce the IP of ESTgames, which is leading blockchain games, at the Korbit NFT Market," and "We will present NFTs that can provide enjoyment to users by combining various IPs of ESTgames, which has a long-standing fan base, with Korbit's blockchain technology."

Meanwhile, ESTgames is accelerating the development of the sequel 'Cat Cafe 2 Forest' to 'Cat Cafe,' and continues to communicate by releasing short game introduction videos through its official YouTube and Instagram.
