The scale of this public recruitment is around 50 people, and talents are being recruited for a total of 29 positions in 7 job categories. By company, ▲ESTsoft is hiring in development, planning, marketing, design categories, while ▲ESTsecurity is hiring in development, planning, technology, technical sales, and technical consulting categories.

In particular, in this public recruitment, a live recruitment briefing session will also be conducted in collaboration with HR tech company Wanted. The recruitment briefing session, which will be held for about 2 hours and 30 minutes from 7 PM on the 18th, will provide an opportunity to ask questions and get answers about each company's business operations and other inquiries of interest. Participation applications can be submitted through the Wanted website until the morning of the 18th, the day of the briefing session.

The recruitment process includes ▲document review, ▲professional interview, ▲personality test and final interview, ▲compensation negotiation, and the final selection of successful candidates. However, for the development category, those with less than 3 years of experience will have to take an online coding test after the document review.
