ZUMinternet (CEO Lee Seong-hyun) announced on the 3rd that it has launched the unlisted stock information provision and trading platform 'GET STOCK'.

'GET STOCK' is a service launched by ZUMinternet to eliminate information asymmetry in unlisted stocks, increase user convenience, secure transaction safety, and improve investment accessibility.

From the home screen, it provides investment information that users need, such as news of major unlisted companies, financial and theme information, and various IPO schedules, with a user-friendly UI/UX for easy and fast understanding.

In addition, additional functions were prepared so that insights on unlisted stocks could be shared in real-time. A discussion room for each stock has been newly established to freely exchange opinions and to examine the investment status of unlisted stocks among users.

The company explained that ZUMinternet actively utilized its big data analysis technology accumulated through its portal business, its ability to process and operate large amounts of information, and its know-how in content curation and design throughout the service.

For example, ZUMinternet provides unlisted company news extracted in real-time based on its own data analysis technology and matches related stock information. This allows users to easily search and understand hard-to-find investment information for unlisted stocks.

Above all, it has ensured the safe use of unlisted stock transactions through Daishin Securities' 'Unlisted Stock Safe Transaction Service' to solve the issue of reduced transaction safety, which has been pointed out as a long-standing problem in the unlisted stock market.

Users post 'Buy' or 'Sell' posts on the 'GET STOCK' bulletin board and proceed with 1:1 transaction condition negotiations. After the negotiations are completed, the actual transaction takes place through the Daishin Securities Safe Transaction Service. The brokerage receives stock and payment from the seller and buyer upon order receipt for the transaction and completes the transaction. The GET STOCK service is available for free, and the safe transaction service usage fee depends on the brokerage firm's policy. A seller safe transaction service fee exemption event is currently underway.

ZUMinternet explained that it has blocked chronic problems in the unlisted stock market, such as fraudulent listings and payment defaults, through Daishin Securities' safe transaction service. Especially, it emphasized that the investment accessibility has been greatly expanded through the collaboration with Daishin Securities, as previously there were restrictions such as having to own a specific brokerage account for a safe unlisted stock transaction via mobile.
