AI service specialist ESTsoft (CEO Jung Sang-won) announced on the 29th that it has won the Minister of Employment and Labor commendation in the Job Creation Support category at the '2022 Job Creation Merit Government Award' organized by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

The 'Job Creation Merit Government Award' is a system that discovers and awards organizations, groups, or individuals that have played a leading role in creating quality jobs or in employment stability.

In the individual category of ESTsoft, Director Park Jae-sun of the People Team (HR and General Affairs) received an award.

In this award, ESTsoft was recognized for its contributions, including ▲the transition of non-regular workers to regular workers and improvement of irrational treatments, ▲practice of work-life balance, ▲consideration of job opportunities for the youth, women, the disabled, and the elderly, ▲practice of mutual growth and co-prosperity in labor relations.

In particular, ESTsoft has reduced the rate of non-regular workers by 5% through these activities, and has actively adopted job fairs for specialized high schools and practical job tests, thus establishing a merit-based recruitment system. Moreover, the company drastically improved its employees' working environment by transforming its building into a shared office space suitable for smart work.
