Specialized in AI service, ESTsoft (CEO Jung Sang-won) announced on the 20th that it has signed a comprehensive partnership agreement with FSN (CEO Lee Sang-seok) and FingerBus (CEO Choi Bok-gyu) for the purpose of promoting blockchain and NFT business.

FSN, which has signed a business agreement with ESTsoft, is a KOSDAQ-listed company and is developing a blockchain business through its subsidiaries FingerLabs and FingerBus. It has gained attention by establishing a membership PFP NFT that provides various benefits and roadmaps focused on its proprietary technology and strong community, and through this, managed to sell out all of FingerLabs' 'Sunmiya Club,' 'Happy Town,' 'Smile Miya Club,' and FingerBus' launched 'Bellygom NFT,' establishing its position as a leading NFT company in Korea.

The signing ceremony held at the ESTsoft headquarters in Seocho-gu, Seoul, was attended by ESTsoft CEO Jung Sang-won, FSN CEO Lee Sang-seok, and FingerBus CEO Choi Bok-gyu among other related party representatives.

At the signing ceremony, the three companies agreed to launch an NFT using the IP of the AI human created by ESTsoft. The competitiveness of the highly advanced AI human born from ESTsoft's 'AI Studio Perso,' which is built with world-class specifications, was acknowledged by the three companies, and they agreed to maximize its added value. ESTsoft's AI human boasts quality that is also operable in conjunction with ChatGPT and supports up to the highest 8K resolution.

For this purpose, the three parties emphatically decided to make use of the know-how necessary for NFT minting such as blockchain solutions and community building owned by FSN and FingerBus. Additionally, they also plan to actively introduce programs that help maximize added value by developing membership services using NFTs and building and activating web pages.

With this business agreement as a starting point, ESTsoft aims to actively respond to megatrends such as Web 3.0 and the metaverse and further develop the business model for the AI human business currently in progress. In particular, the strategy is to create synergy by augmenting IP and expanding the universe with NFT on the agent business using AI humans.
