AI services specialist ESTsoft (CEO Jungsangwon) announced on the 9th that it has been selected as an operator for the first K-Digital Training project promoted by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.

K-Digital Training is a government project for fostering digital talents and creating jobs, managed through strict screening and multifaceted performance assessments such as trainee satisfaction. In this project, ESTsoft was selected as a digital leading company along with Intel, Amazon, Unity, etc., and will operate an academy.

ESTsoft is an innovative AI enterprise and 1st generation comprehensive IT software company. The company has been securing technological capabilities in various areas including AI, IT security, internet portals over the past 30 years and nurturing talents, and this project is part of its effort to contribute to the government's digital talent development and job creation activities as a leading AI and IT software company.

In this project, ESTsoft is set to actively utilize its technological expertise and infrastructure for the cultivation of field-oriented talents. Notably, it aims to provide a one-stop program that encompasses education recruitment, training, and job placement in one seamless process. To ensure high-quality education, a hands-on training program tailored to the practical levels of current developers is introduced and operated.

Furthermore, the company has decided to actively promote activities aimed at cultivating digital talents and alleviating employment imbalance in non-capital regions, which were considered IT deserts. To this end, it actively utilizes its Jeju campus. The Jeju campus serves as a hub to provide an educational environment where trainees can receive training in their region of residence. The policy also supports maintaining the employment policy when hiring at the company after completing the program.
