AI service specialized company ESTsoft (CEO Jung Sang-won) announced on the 29th that it is recruiting trainees to participate in the talent nurturing program conducted as part of the 'K-Digital Training'. Earlier this month, ESTsoft was selected as a training institution for the government's K-Digital Training project aimed at nurturing digital talent and creating employment, in collaboration with Intel, Amazon, Unity, and others.

As the first project of K-Digital Training, the educational program presented by ESTsoft is the 'Backend Developer Bootcamp'.

This training, aimed at fostering field-type talent, targets ▲non-majors who want to become backend developers, ▲majors who want to experience projects related to practical work, ▲job seekers interested in hiring at ESTsoft.

The training curriculum is prepared with fundamental courses such as GitHub, Python, JavaScript, Django, HTML, CSS, and advanced courses such as PostgreSQL, ERD, and real-world talent fostering is conducted by incumbent developers, who combine theory and practice.

Mainly, it involves operating individual and team-based projects to solve specific missions, through which not only does every trainee build and enhance the competencies required of a developer, but also they are supported to secure an outcome that allows them to form their own portfolio.

In addition, it provides summary courses for preparatory learning and real-time mentoring services to ensure that all trainees successfully complete the training, and also supports consulting for documents such as cover letters and interviews to start a developer's career.

Especially, outstanding graduates are offered special benefits such as exemption from document screening and coding tests when applying for the backend developer position at ESTsoft Group companies.

The formal training will start from the end of April to the beginning of September, for about 4 months, and will be conducted with 100% online live lectures, also enhancing the convenience of education. Since it is a government-funded course, the tuition is fully supported and training support funds are also paid separately. However, to receive the benefit, a Tomorrow Learning Card has to be issued.

The application for this 'Backend Developer Bootcamp' can be submitted through the ESTsoft recruitment page until April 10th. The final successful candidates will be announced on April 17th after conducting an online preliminary test limited to those who pass the document screening.
