AI service specialist company ESTsoft (CEO Jung Sang-won) announced on the 10th that it has signed a contract with DGB Daegu Bank for the production and pilot operation of AI bankers.

In its 57th year of founding this year, DGB Daegu Bank has been leading innovation with the aim of sustainable growth, such as securing openness, strengthening digital capabilities, and establishing an ESG 2.0 foundation, and recently declared its conversion to commercial banks.

As a result, ESTsoft has officially started to promote AI humanoid business with the banking sector, and it has added strength to the aggressive financial sector AI humanoid business that is currently being deployed.

In this contract, both companies were confident that the introduction of high-quality AI humans from ESTsoft would lead to service innovation for DGB Daegu Bank.

This is because AI humans are seen to play a critical role in breaking away from the spatial and temporal constraints of existing financial services, with the high quality of ESTsoft's AI humans that are immediately deployable on site, their natural movements, and the enhanced multilingual speech performance that helps with global expansion playing a major part.

In fact, ESTsoft's AI humans operate on various devices, supporting up to the highest quality 8K resolution. In addition, by combining Microsoft's voice conversion technology TTS (Text to Speech), they produce speech with approximately 75 languages from about 110 countries in over 450 voices. Last June, they participated in the '2023 AI & Big Data Show' and were well received for their demonstrations of conversational AI humans interconnected with GPT4.0 and multilingual speech, and were also introduced as a company that utilizes Microsoft's technology best.

The know-how secured in the financial sector was also significant. ESTsoft has been able to optimize the performance and usage environment of AI humans specialized for the banking sector based on the data accumulated while providing AI human services to the financial sector.

Going forward, ESTsoft will produce AI bankers with DGB Daegu Bank and operate various pilot projects using them. They plan to create specialized AI humans for the banking sector by actively utilizing both companies' expertise to provide financial terminology speech, customer response scripts, and guide motions, and to present a variety of financial-related services.

Specifically, they plan to dramatically improve the accessibility and quality of existing financial services through the diverse utilization of AI bankers, such as ▲incorporating AI bankers into major channels like DGB Daegu Bank's website and apps, ▲introducing AI human kiosks for financially underserved customers, ▲providing financial guidance services using AI humans interconnected with ChatGPT, and ▲ equipping automated teller machines (ATMs) and digital queuing devices with AI humans.

They also actively utilize AI bankers to target the overseas financial market. The two companies are determined to strengthen their competitiveness by incorporating AI bankers into education and financial services for customers of DGB Daegu Bank's China branches and the global market.
