AI service specialist ESTsoft (CEO Jung Sang-won) announced on the 20th that it will participate in the '2023 Korea Government Expo' held at BEXCO in Busan from the 23rd to the 25th.

The expo is an event designed to share the achievements of government innovation and to experience in advance the Republic of Korea that will change into a digital platform government. A total of 99 institutions and companies, from central government agencies to major IT companies, will participate.

ESTsoft will set up a booth (4C Hall A27) in the 'Convenient Services' section dealing with customized services using digital technologies such as AI and introduce 'Interactive AI Kiosk' and 'AI Studio Perso', a video-generating AI service.

The services to be introduced on-site have been optimized to respond to the rapidly changing demand for digital civil complaints. The 'Interactive AI Kiosk' comes in two types and is equipped with AI human to provide services such as civil complaint writing and printing, and providing welfare policies and health information necessary for seniors. 'AI Studio Perso' helps to create videos in which AI humans appear and introduce various policies with just text or voice input.

The ESTsoft booth also supports demonstrations and experiences. Any visitor can come and talk with AI human and create AI human videos. Also, customized consulting is provided for visitors who are interested in AI human services or wish to introduce them.
