AI service specialist ESTsoft (CEO Jeong Sang-won) announced on the 15th that 'AI Park Eun-bo' was selected as the host for the '2023 AEO Company Day Event' organized by the Customs Service and the Korea AEO Promotion Association.
'AI Park Eun-bo' is an AI Human that faithfully implements the real announcer Park Eun-bo, and ESTsoft holds the IP (intellectual property rights).
The event is being held today on the 15th at the Korea Federation of SMEs with about 400 attendees including Customs Service officials and major import and export companies. It is an event organized by the Customs Service to support companies with excellent export and import safety management (AEO: Authorized Economic Operator).
AI Park Eun-bo will be in charge of hosting the first part of the event, 'AEO Company Day Proclamation,' and will introduce the opening ceremony, event explanations, as well as celebration videos and congratulatory messages. Both sides expect ESTsoft’s high-quality AI Human to enhance the immersion of the event.
ESTsoft's AI Human gained high interest from government ministries, local governments, and various public institutions after demonstrating a complaint processing service at a government exposition last November. Subsequently, it proved its technological prowess by winning an Excellence Award at the '1st Artificial Intelligence Reliability and Quality Awards' hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT.
Lately, ESTsoft has been accelerating its expansion into the public sector, preparing services using AI Humans with the Ministry of Welfare and the city of Gimhae.
Byun Gye-pung, director of ESTsoft's AI Business Division, said, "This Customs Service project will be a good case of synergy created by the meeting of IP and AI Human technology as it utilizes our own AI Human, Park Eun-bo." He also mentioned, "As government agencies and local authorities are also showing high interest in the introduction of AI Humans, we plan to put effort into expanding our business beyond the private sector and into public institutions as well."
