Hello, I am Jung Sang-won, CEO of ESTsoft.

I joined ESTsoft in '99 and have gone through two big social changes with this company: the internet boom in 2000 and the mobile era in 2010. Throughout this process, ESTsoft has grown into a leading SW company representing Korea, and I too was able to grow by taking on various responsibilities within the company. And in 2016, I became the CEO of ESTsoft.

I refined my attention to detail as an engineer, and through business planning, I was able to experience the effects of bold decision-making. In the process of marketing services, I learned how to communicate with customers. Business activities such as development, planning, and marketing lead to repeat successes and failures, and one thing I learned is that by sticking to 'basics' and 'principles,' the achievements can be maintained without faltering.

In the face of the changes brought about by the recent COVID-19, ESTsoft is imagining the technology and services needed for the future world, based on 'basics' and 'principles' and will continue to take on new challenges. With over 20 years of software technology know-how, innovative artificial intelligence technology, and virtual human technology for the upcoming metaverse era, ESTsoft will continuously create new value, striving to grow into a 'Role' model of a healthy company where both employees and customers can smile together.
